Interior from the junkyard!?
Hey guys,
Gonna be hitting the yard this weekend, need a few pieces to finish the interior on my 84 Trans Am. I need the big plastic piece on the inside of the hatch that covers the lock, looks like the car had the cargo cover too. Also need a kick panel, a sail panel, and the plastice that goes along the t-bar over the back seat.
My question is: Will any year Thirdgen interior fit as a replacement?
Thanks guys!

Car: 1992 Chevrolet Camaro RS; 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Brougham
Engine: LH0 3.1 Liter V6; YBN 2.8 Liter V6
Transmission: TH-700-R4; TH-440
All of those parts if I am correct can be salvaged from all years and editions of third generation F-Bodies. Those interior panels that you speak of seem unchanged throughout the 11 years of production if I remember correct, as I have been in various years of F bodies and all interiors looked identical if you turned your head from the front seat to look out the back window (despite color variations). Kick panels are very simple too, most likely unchanged as well. The thing you might come across is carpeted pieces in the earlier years, and of course different colors, good luck.

Car: 86 Trans Am, 88 Formula
Engine: 95LT4, 305TPI
Transmission: T56, T5
The rear center piece is different. Cars without the harch motor had a smaller hump in the center piece, some had provisions for the 3rd brake light contact, and some had the lip that holds the cargo cover.
I have the cargo cover and centerpiece from an 83-84 Trans Am that doesn't fit my car since I have the hatch motor.
It is a tan/beige color.
PM me if you want to buy it from me.

I am in need of that rear center plastic. i like that i dont have the motor, because i hate electrical work. but that plastic piece is really hard to find because it only came from three years... 82,83,84.... i think... so if anyones got that and/or a non-motorized lock they would wanna sell PM me
