Hey I posted this on the suspension section but didnt get 1 reply. I wanna put some chrome 18's on my RS either american racing touqer II's or eagle 211's (pretty sure there the same) their only spaced for 4th gens, and I know you can put spacers on the front and itll still work. What size spacer do I need, and will the stock lugs have to be grinded down to put the wheels on or will i be able to just take the spacer off and then put the stock wheels on. Also anyone know of a cheap place to get these wheels from, or cheap place to order tires I think im gonna go with some more Potenza's but if youve got some you like let me know too. thanks

my guess is because it's a common question that can be found out through searching.

they make bolt patterns in that style of wheel to fit our cars.

you don't need spacers..........which you would really want adapters anyway.......there is a difference.

check with the company and tell them what you have. they will help you. if for some reason they don't have a 3rdgen offset you will need to know the following.

what is the backspacing of the rim you want?

what is the offset of the rim you want?

keep in mind anything wider than 9" will cause alot of work to fit just perfect so i'd stick with a 8-9" with 9.5" being the widest in the front and i wouldn't go wider than 10.5" in the rear.
