I liked it better before. It's not too often that I see a thirdgen with stock seats in as good of shape as the ones you had. If mine were that nice I never would have removed them.
Although I wasn't a big fan of the firebird steering wheel, I think it looked a lot classier than the new wheel.

Or if you don't wanna use a 2x4 or buy new shocks, you can use a vise grip and clamp it on the silver part of the support.

Shocks are cheap, get them at oreilly's or something. I know they are way cheaper than 85 bucks.

I just checked oreilly's and hatch shocks are $15 bucks each for the cheapest ones. Looks like they can go as high as $40 bucks each. I am not sure what the difference is. I am sure the $15 is at least worth it if you want to have it work right. That was the first thing I replaced on my Camaro when I first bought it. I busted a t-top while trying to put them in and lift the hatch at the same time. It is worth it to replace them.

I love them 4th gen seats. Why did you pull the stockers? They look imaculate... any way looks great in there. I saw your other topic about that little colide with your garage. I just had one with the back of a mustang, good luck with everything.
