S10 Blazer Overhead Console
Has anyone tried to fabricate a way to mount a different overhead console in their third gen? I like the digital display the comes in an S10 Blazer, but not sure how hard it would be to install. Might be a bad idea.
Here's a link to one on Ebay that I had in mind. Might be better options though, haven't done a lot of research.

i had they same idea. if it measures the same as the center for t-top cars then i dont see why it wouldnt fit. you could trim the side until it looks good and fits right as long as you dont go to low fo some of the openings. the only thing im not sure about is the compass and temp how they work or where the senors are for it but other wise you could use the stock wireing might have to run new wires of for someof the lights. i think it would be sweet to have. any one else know about this

Here's a slightly different console that gives measurements of 38"L x 8-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H. Does this information help to figure out if this could work?
I'm sure someone else has tried doing something custom for the overhead. I'm thinking this thing might be just too big.
