Mounted some gauges..

I was originally going to polish it (aluminum), but decided to go with the black just to kind of blend in with the interior.. No more heater controls and no more stereo.. Let me know what you think...

Cheers

Thanks guys.. Hopefully I'll get a chance to take some installed pics tonight..

As for alternate stereo locations, I guess it would all depend on how far you want to go... (cut, hack, slash)

Well, I installed the panel last night, and I'm not real impressed with it, but it's better than it was before... (ie just laying there)

i think that it looks good but if it were a darker and maybe shinier black then it would look better

Yea, I've started thinking about taking it apart again and trying to get a textured paint so that it would look more like the plastic..

Anyone know of what I'm talking about?

Thanks,

If the color/texture is a issue too you: get a dash from the junk yard, cut into pieces mount the front/face using the interior OEM torx screws and glue, glue the side and top pieces on, should be a perfect match. Just a thought.
