DisC Changer
I want to install a disc Changer in my car... I was thinking of installing it in the the box right by your elbow on the consol?? Is there room in there for one???

no i wouldnt think so, i would maybe try and make it fit in the rear compartment, you know with the key on the driver side.

OK thanks.... i asked in this board becasue i wasnt asking how to set it up but where to put it so i kinda thought it might be a interior questoin..... I wanted the chager someplace close to me so if i want to chance Cds i dont have to get into the back of my car to do it....

the only places that is close enough depending on the size of the changer is under one of the front seats or on the pax side mounted on the hump.

I put a 10 stack Sony in the rear compartment. I pre-fitted it, took measurements and then sprayed a little of that foam stuff as a base. Then, I sat a small piece of metal to which I could attach the stacker. When it all dryed, I installed the stacker. Three years and no problems. I am talking about the space where the compartment is lockable. It is very easy to change cartriges also. Wiring wasnt that bad.
