wierd panel alignment

This is a little hard to explain without pics, sorry. I don't have a camera.

My doors and fenders don't line up properly with each other.

Passenger side: The door is 1/2" inset from the fender. If you look from the rear of the car the door looks to be in too far or the fender is out too much. The weather stripping on the t-top also is out farther than the other side. Where the door opens(rear of door by handle), however lines up flush with the sail and 1/4 panel.

Driver side: The exact opposite of passenger side. The door sticks out to far. From the front, the door is out a 1/2". There is also a 1/4"-1/2" gap between the fender and door. Again, where the door opens(rear of door by handle), however lines up flush with the sail and 1/4 panel.

The hood: The hood seems ok. The driverside has a bit of a gap. The headlight doors don't line up right. The passenger side door is not that bad. The driverside, however, has a 1/4" gap between the back of the door and the hood. It's like the headlight goes down to much.

The front clip: The gap between the hood and clip near the latch is large-1/2'' at least. There is enough room to get your hand between to feel the lever without the hood popped. The clip also has a gap between it and the headlights-maybe a 1/4". The foglight holes and mounts are off by a 1/2"-3/4". The mounts are higher than the holes for them. It's like the clip is drooping down or something.

Fenders near windshield(A-Piller I think): The gap there is somewhat noticable. I don't know there is supposed to be any gap there or not. The gap on both sides is about equal. This isn't a big concern.

The centerline of the hood ant the t-top ridge seem to line up. It's wierd, it's like the front in of my car moved 1/2" towards the passenger side. I wish I had pics to show you.
Any ideas on what caused this. Simple misalignments, or a larger problem(frame bent...) Any clue on how to fix it?

Any help is appreciated. Sorry about length. I will try to post pics if I can get a hold on a camera.

Thanks,

Matt

The hatch is also off a bit.
Any ideas? Is it just simple misalignments? How much would a shop charge to fix it? I don't like the idea of taking body panels off myself.

After you do something about the mis-aligned panels etc., I recommend sub-frame connectors.
