83 Camaro details
Hi! Long-time reader, first time poster. I love third-gen F-bodies. I've worked on a white '84 Firebird and it was fun, (except for reconnecting the e-brake cable to the drum ). I hope to get one soon.
Anyway, does anyone have any pictures of stock 1983 Camaros? I'm building a model for a friend of mine and need good reference material. Thanks!

Sorry, no pics, but just wanted to say welcome to the best third gen board on the net. We have over 20,000 registered members and are growing every day.
Do a search of the readers rides and I am sure you will find many pics of the year you are searching for.
Again, welcome to the boards. If I can be of help to you, please email or PM me. Thomas

Thanks for the help! Those are nice cars!
Anyone know what paint colors were available with what interior colors? I'm leaning toward red right now.

Lots of great info! Thanks again!
Just to make picture-finding easier, were there many changes in the body and interior between the '82 and '84 MY's?
And what color is the frame and the engine (I could use this info on the Firebirds, too.) Sorry for all the questions, but the instructions in 95% of all model kits are either off or dead wrong. Besides, how else would one learn?
I've tried the search (that helped alot, too) and spent about two-three hours going through the results.
