Fog lamp bulb replacement - help!
I have the stock factory fog lamps on my 88 IROC. How do you go about changing those 885 bulbs? Thanks.

1. Lay on the ground with your head under the engine.
2. Find the bulb socket with your hand.
3. Turn counter clockwise a 1/2 turn and pull towards the engine.
4. Now the bulb assembly should be hanging where you can see it.
5. Pull the bulb out of the housing and replace.
6. Re install in reverse fashion.

Mine was alot easier to do than that. There were to small screws (torxhead) I believe to the left and to the right of the fog light itself. Once those scres are removed the two brackets that hold the lights in will come off. Then you pull the light assembly out and you replace the bulbs from behind the light assembly. The fog light bulbs can be found in any automotive store.

Not so easy on the IROC front end. The lights are right in those two small air ducts that channel air to the radiator. There no room to get your hands around the sides of the lights. The ducts are long and curve upwards, so reaching in from the back won't work either because there's no room for your arm. The only screw I see is the one used to aim the elevation angle of the lamps. How the hell did they even put them in there at the factory? Anyone with an IROC know how to do this? Thanks.
