weatherstripping question

I need to change the roof rail weatherstripping. Any info on how this is done. Also where can I get some new rubber. Have never attempted anything like this before and wanted some advise before starting it.

Its very easy to install...I just did mine about 2 weeks ago....just rip out the old one and start to install the new one starting at the back and working your way forward....you will basically be sliding one edge in the slot, then forcing the other edge in with a screwdriver-type object made of rubber or something soft.....you just have to make sure it is in all the way.....you may want to add some weatherstripping adhesive in the slot before you install them to keep them in place....... weatherstripping.com is good and very cheap.......
