New Doors/ Hinges striker bolt and door don't meet right. It has to be slammed to lat
I put some Camaro doors on my Firebird last night and the hinges were replaced and new.
The door lines up beautiful no rubbing or nothing.
All the seals are like new so its almost like they are to thinck and so the door needs to be shut hard to latch all the way.
Does the striker bolt move as to allow me to adjust it in and out?
I have also heard of an oblong threaded bolt you can get where are those?
I also thought maybe the window could be adjusted because it comes in contact with the upper portion of the seal first and therefore it does not close right on the seal unless I kind of assist it to fit in the seal.
Thank you for all your advise everyone!
