help! scary door noises

ok, so i did a search, but didn't really know what to search for... Just recently (maybe a month ago) got a 383 installed.. and custom exhaust.. so anyways it sat on jacks for two days. now my driver side door makes this horrendous scraping noise - it sounds like the front part of the door - pretend this is the door-> (----|
the ( part sounds like it is scraping on the body. It sounds like it should be bending my door panel. There doesn't seem to be any play in the door like the hinge took a dump or anything. It never, ever did this before, and I haven't heard anything like it before either. Could it just be from sitting on jacks or could something really be f'd up? Or is it just the stupid door spring and a total coincidence?

i had this same problem after having my camaro on jacks for like 3 months while i built my 350 and did my suspention, it ended up being that the hinges in the door needed more grease, so i went and got some grease in a spray can the is liquid then turns to grease after a few seconds, sprayed that on there and it fixed it. good luck
