Flaring Fenders

Hope that made since
With my narrowed axle I still have a little clearence problem with the slicks. Whats the best way to "roll" or "flare" the fenders out for more room? Stock appearance is not that big a deal but dont want overkill either. Thinking cutting slits, forming them out, weld and blend. Seems like a lot of work to make that look right. Any ideas?
Bob

I know a few guys at the track that had to roll the lips of their fenders, 1 said he used a die grinder w/ cut off wheel and made notches about every inch then used "soft" mouth pliers and bent it up, the other said he used tin snipes and made cuts about every inch then bent them up, maybe a body person has a better technique.

Big fuxing hammer.

someone makes a tool for rolling camaro fender lips (saw it in car craft or camaro performers, i don't remember)
it's like 35$ if i remember, and has the radius's and such on the tool for a clean job
