hatch leaking air in

im having some air leakage in my hatch around the seal, is it missaligned or what? it sounds like the passenger side top corner

is it getting pulled down all the way by the motor??

it could be missaligned but does it open up and down fine?

also since its coming from the top make the bolts are loose that hold the hatch to the body....
