Power Seat Swap Question
I have a 91 Z28 with a power driver's seat. The seat needs upholstery and I really would like to change over to 4th gen seats.
Do I need to find a power 4th gen driver's seat? Can I un-bolt the power seat track on my stock seat and bolt it to a non-power 4th gen seat? If not, what other options are there? I guess I could just put manual 4th gen seats in and tuck the wire under the carpet, right?
What is the going rate for 4th gen seats anyway? I just found out recently that they fit my car.
Thanks in advance.

I would skip the redoing of your stock seats, and get a set of 4th gen a power drivers seat. That is what I did.
If the wire connection does not directly connect, then cut the end from your old seat, and wire it onto the new seat.
Thanx,ANDYZ28
