From what I hear the estimated price is about 300-350 dollars if you take it to a shop. I believe i'm doing mine this weekend or at least try!

man this shop around me (the only one i could find to do it) wanted 1200 for the job.......................

well, theres the cost for the kit...

im looking at the dakota digital 9 channel remote.... im going to get 2 35# noids to pop the release....

remote is $190.. 'noids are 35-65 bucks....


then when thats installed(you can install it easily, just follow the directions), you can either shave the outside handles yourself

or just have a shop do it.. shouldnt be too much.

Just search old threads thats what I did and found alot of information on how to do it plus pic by pic steps in doing it if you want to do it yourself
