here goes, I,ll do the best I can for you.
1) Remove the plastic inner fender panels.
2) Remove the fasteners that attach the bottom of the fender to the car.
3) Remove all of the fasteners from the top the fender where it attaches to the body. Including the ones that hold the hood latch.
4) Now pull the fender slightly away from the car, and reinstall a couple of the hood latch fasteners.
5) With the fender still attached at the front you will have enough extra room to reach inside the back of the fender and remove all 4 bolts accessable from the outside of the body with a 13mm socket.
6) Remove the lower kick panels from the interior below the dash. Remove the super sticy body tape, and the two remaining bolts that hold the lower hinge on with a 15mm socket and 3" extension.
7) Remove the door.
I hope this helps?

No, I just do it that way because I find it really speeds the job up.
It's just the way I do it.

Keep in mind though that by loosening the upper fender bolts, you're setting yourself up for a realignment of the body panels. Make sure when you're done that the front edge of the door doesn't scrape the rear edge of the fender. If that happens, you'll need to loosen those fender bolts, and readjust the fender so it's more "out" from the frame.
Here's a tip; with the new door off the car, swing the hinges so they're in a "door is closed" position. Get a buddy to help you lift the new door onto the car, and actually close the door! With the door latched on, it makes it easier to bolt the hinges to the body. Youll still need to keep a hand on the door, since it's only latched at the rear, not the front, but it's easier than fcking around with some floorjacks.
But removing the plastic inner fender will be a great help. For the plastic inner-to-outer rivets, pull the center out with a pair of pliers, then pry the plastic rivet out with a screwdriver.
