I'm in the process of recovering my sail panels. Pulling out those tiny stapes is a snap, but I was wondering how any of you out there re-attached the new fabric to the panels? I was thinking of just using adhesive, but wasn't sure... I'd like to hear a few suggestions before I spear head this operation...

 

spray adhesive should do the trick... That's the way my new ones are covered anyways

 

I left the old material on the panel and sprayed adhesived the new material over it. Wrapped around on the back and staple gunned the edges. Looks great because I used a thinner mesh nylon material and the old material added padding for a nice plush effect.
