removing air bags

i know this sounds assbackwards, but i was wondering how hard it is to convert a 90-92 air bag 3rd gen into a non airbag car. i'm looking for an iroc or z28, but i absolutely will not buy one with an airbag, unless i could take it out. how hard would it be to completely remove all of the stuff involved with the airbag and replace the wheel?

It is really easy to do, just make sure you totally disable the system before you start pulling it off. Here's a pic of my wheel as well as my gauges.

You just make sure that you don't cut the horn wire and hook it up according to the instructions. My horn works just fine
