4th gen seats and console???????
im willing to spend money in a 4th gen set of seats and a console.
what seats should i get??? trans am?camaro? what year? my car is a 1991 z28 camaro w/t-tops and its auto
should i get a manual console or auto console?
the back seats in my car also have the seat belts above the shoulders.
am i going to do any changes when changing to 4th gen?
how much are they new? and for how much can i get them in a junk yard?
and how much for the console????

Seats and console WILL fit. You will need a manual console (and you'll have to modify your existing console for this to work...I don't have the details on this, but it's been done). The rear seats will fit fine, no modifications necessary. The front seats will also fit no modifications.
What seats to pick??? Since you have a camaro, I'd go with some leather camaro seats. To me, the TransAm seats are more comfortable...but I have a TransAm and think the seats match the car.
Prices?
Maximum you should pay from an online store (where most of us get them) is $800 for the seats and $120 for the console. These same seats can be had for much MUCH less at a junkyard...say as low as $30...and as high as $500. The console can be found for much less at a junkyard...but I don't know prices on it.
Did that help?

All 4th gen seats swap right in, Camaro or firebird. The console takes a little more work (check out what RamAirZ did, he posted pics recently) Try a search on "4th gen seats" and pick out which style you like the best. Then go to the for sale board of Camaroz28.com to get the seats. Good luck!
