85-90 "Wrap-around" spoiler on a Camaro, pics?
I've searched it, the only pic that still works is a pink Camaro from the pass-front. I was wondering if anyone had some pictures they could post with a Camaro with a third gen (85-90) spoiler that came on GTA's and T/A's. I've found pics of the 4th gen one from GTAuto, but it does not look right on a Camaro, IMO. I love the look of the wrap-around spoilers on T/A's, and I think they could add a lot more to the plain-looking third gen Camaro rear.
What is your opinion and how hard do you think it is going to be to put on?
Thanks for your time,
Matt

Over 30 views and no one even voted, much less posted their opinion. Come onlet me know what you think? BTW, how much do those go for in yards? $450 for GTAuto's is too much for a spoiler that I may not even like once I get it on.
Thanks in advance,
Matt

Actually.. there is a post not far down the page on the other forum about this.

I don't believe opinions were asked for (except 'what color'), but there were freely handed out in that post which is what you are wanting.
I'd conside a 4th gen wing before a 3rdgen though. I don't recall the members name (as I've slept since then ) but it was a purple 92 camaro with a SS (I think) hood and 4th gen wing and it (if it was fully painted) looked fairly sharp IMO.
*edit.. oh yea.. don't waste your time looking for a used OEM one.. they weren't up to par from the get-go and time is definatly not friendly to them.

Thanks for the link! I guess that subject diden't jump out at me as a post that would have what I was looking for. I don't think that the wraparound spoiler goes with the Camaro tail lights. But since I'm planning on going with blackouts anyway and the whole car is going to be 100% black it might look ok. I think I'm going to get a OEM used wing for cheap at a yard and just set it on there to see how it looks...it can't hurt to try.
Thanks again,
Matt
