Swapping to a flush door handle...

So I did a search, and can't find the old message I wanted. There was a guy who put Chevy Blazer door handles on his Firebird. Anybody have that picture, or has anyone done this? I think that would look damn slick. I can't shave the handles (I bring my car to the racetrack, and they don't allow you to run with shaved handles), so I think this would be a nice custom mod.

I figure I'd cut out, around the Blazer's door handle, a few inches of metal, and then weld that panel section into my door.

intrepid handles

search through, i remember recently some guy put dodge intrepid handles onto his camaro and it looked nice as hell.

Its not really that hard, welding them in, and the usual body work, and figuring how to hook them up

I'm 99% sure it was a black f-body, with Blazer door handles. But yes, same exact concept. That's a recent message, isn't it?

TomP.. the only other car I've seen pictured was a '90 or so dark blue camaro the had the doorhandles swapped on it from a '90 or so fullsize chevy truck.
