I have an '89 IROC Vertible that has black/black/black&grey. I was thinking of making the interior tan when I redo it.

Just wondering what it would look like.

 

Here is my tan leather in my GTA!

 

one of my camaros has tan interior, when i get time , ill get my dads digital camera and snap photos of it for ya...

the outside paint is brownish gold? ... when its washed its a pretty nice metallic gold, but a few days later it looks brown .. haha. the interior is definately tan though, and its not leather.
I like my other camaro so much better. its burgundy with grey and black interior, like yours

 

oh ya, it also has the wooden trim kit thing too, i dont really like that too much... the dash ones i dont mind, but the wood is all worn out and the *** that owned it before me carved stuff into it. so that looks pretty gay.

i pried the piece of wood off the plate thing that has switches because it was really horrible looking. but after t came off, that piece of the console was VERY sticky for a few days.. and it hurt alot when it pulled hair off your arms when your dumb and always put your arm on it.

and when i get the pics on here, dont mind the mess, im kinda just using that camaro as a parts car for my 90 RS.. the seats and interior isnt the greatest looking.. and unless i take the time to throw in the radio , and put a shifter **** on itll look pretty bad

 

I think use should convert to tan. I need your rear panels and trim molding if you dont mind

But seriously. I like the tan color but I dont like leather. I have always been a cloth person. Leather too hot in summer to cold in winter. I think they made non-leather tan seats but never really looked either.

 

ummm yup they made non leather tan seats .. my 82 camaro has em they just stained a bit or something.. they used to be a lot worse but i cleaned em up pretty good..

What are you going to do with your black interior if you swap to tan? I know tan looks good against black, (Knight Rider comes to mind) But there is a down side, it is light and shows dirt really bad. I have the black interior in my car and I love it. Low maintance!

I know where there is a pretty clean 83 T/A Black T-tops and tan int, unfortunately its torn to shreads. And NO it is not my car, guy I know has it, too many cars. like 80K miles tho.

my '88 iroc-z has tan leather/cloth interior it used to be nice, but age is starting to take its toll. And yes the leather is starting to turn green... yuck!!! Damn no window tint laws bite!!!
