need everyons thoughts on interior color

i plan on getting the white / red insert leather seats from the '02 ss and im having problems deciding on what color to do the rest of the interior....

seats - leather white w/ red inserts
plastic trim pieces - black
carpet - black
headliner - black
door panel top - leather white or red to match seats
door panel bottom - carpet black to match carpet on floor
sail panels - leather white or red to match seats
dash pad - covered leather white or red to match seats
seat belts - black or red??

the exterior of the car is white.. ill scan some pics of the seats im gonna get when i find the super chevy (march 02 i think) that has pics of them.. im gonna be buying the seats from the dealer (i know itll be expensive, but i love those seats), unless i can happen to find them somewhere else cheaper..

any suggestions to color, material, or anything would help..

i would go with white door/sail panels to match the seats, but the rest of it sounds good. maybe a few embroidered emblems in red here and there???

i totally forgot about the sunvisors and floormats.. maybe cuz ive never owned a f-body that had floormats.. donno y i forgot the sunvisors.. too much sleep maybe... (can never get enough sleep tho)..

anyways.. i should be getting the seats soon.. by the time i have the seats ill have my plastic trim redone in black (if i dont buy a set in black).. carpet and headliner black for sure (new from a1auto)..

bottom of the door panel red.. the only thing w/ that is, i know i have a big tendicy to kick to slide my foot on the bottom of the panel when i get in and out of the car (small garage, well big garage w/ alot of stuff in the way, small area to park and open doors)..

im not too big of a fan of stiching.. i gotta see something first before i know if ill like it.. but i dont want sometihng on/in my car like that, that someone else has.. i donno.. any ideas??

I wouldn't recomend using leather on the sail panels (unless there are no speakers there). It's too thick and will muffle the sound, I used melton cloth on my panels, a bit thicker than the stock grille cloth, but still alows a good amount of the sound to come through.

hey for anyone redoing their interior, i just want to remind you, Photoshop isn't just for Exteriors!!!!! take some pics of your car inside and out and play with different colors, doesn't cost a thing to do it on your computer, and this way you'll know you will be happy with the end product! good luck! btw, free trial versions of adobe photoshop can be downloaded at www.adobe.com but don't make the mistake i do, make sure you have enough space on your hard drive! i think it takes near 50 MB
