I've got a similar prob. Hopefully I'll be getting some more answers over in the suspension and brake forum. Heres a link to what I've got so far

Uh, SMALLER Front Tires!!!!
245/60R15's are a bit too BIG.
Or you could go the Cheaper way and buy different wheels with a different offset.
Seriously, for 15" wheels, A P235/60R15 is plenty wide for staying with a 60 sidewall height.

I used to rub with the 225/ 60 / 16's (yuk! It's what the previous owner had.) I switched to 225/ 50 / 16's and have had no problem. Now the Potenza Re910 tires I have on the front are much shorter than the old ?60's I had on there.

I think your tire is too wide and too tall, not anything to do with the rim.

My 245/50/16s on 16x8 IROC wheels rub too when I cut the wheel really far. How in the hell are people fitting 275/40/17s up there?!

First of all Ghey Boi chill out, no need for that sort of stuff around here. People like what they like, keep your pointless opinions to yourself.
Secondly, I'm running 255/50/zr16's all around on my 16x8 Iroc rims and my fronts don't rub but the rears do on really hard cornering. They also do it pretty bad when powersliding a corner which doesn't make sence to me because if the rear tires are spinning the weight of the car shouldn't roll quite as bad causing the suspension to compress and the tires to rub, but who knows. I'd really like to know how to stop this from happening. It is really annoying.

No way, that's insane, yall must do those print outs and stuff, atleast I would hope you get more for that. Seriously though, last time I got mine aligned, and just aligned it was like 20 or 30. I don't know what the difference is.....
