Absolute honor.
I bought this car from the original owners 10 years ago. They had bought it brand new off the show room floor in 87 in Michigan when the husband got his promotion to be a foreman. They took the car around the Midwest and visited golf courses as that was their passion. Right when they were selling it they upgraded to a short bed pick up simply cause they could not get in and out of the car anymore. Their son wanted nothing to do with the car. I had called them off Craigslist and said I would be there cash in hand full asking price and they politely said that someone was going to look at it the next day. I begged and said cash in hand 2 hours out, she said she would call me if that gentle men didn't show. He didn't show. I was there 2 hours later with $5700. She said they would take $5000 since I was so nice and showed up. She took my address to send me Xmas cards.
I drove the car for nearly 5 years stock and had made a trip around lake Michigan in 3 days with no issues.
I finally hoarded all the parts over 3 years for a LSx/T56 swap. I performed the swap in less than 30 days, and learned to drive manual the entire next week then drove the car around Lake Michigan circle tour with absolutely no issues.
The car is a daily driver in spring summer and fall. Once I get HVAC installed it'll be driven probably all year. I drive it to work almost everyday in the summer. I beat the **** out of it and it just takes. Mostly stoplight to stoplight action. Best MPG out of of my entire fleet and it's the only one that doesn't leak
More to come later with pictures..
Thank you!
Caught fire once
She only made 364 HP but it's a very conservative tune because I wanted the car to last a few years before I could upgrade the rest of it to handle the power.
It's a LS12367. Its a LS7 cam and the rest are all factory parts off all mentioned motors. 2 things are aftermarket and those are the rod Bolts and headers. 35k on the swap, it's been bulletproof.

I am the 3rd and 6th owner of this 1992 Heritage Edition Z28. Was one of 44 featured 3rd gen f-bodies this past June for the GM Nationals in Carlisle, PA. (Carlisle pics further down in thread)
60k miles. All factory options except CD player and rear louvers.
Brought the Z28 in 2001 with 43k miles and sold it a year later with 49k miles.
Brought it back in August 2019 from 5th owner in Jasper, TX.
How we got it back is wife got an email on December 2018 that they had our old Camaro. I chatted with the 5th owner saying he was going to be in Austin on February 2019 for a car show.
We went to the show and there was the Z28. Wife got emotional.
We invited the owner and his son to our home for dinner that evening. We talked about cars and we then went outside to look at the Z28. I took pics and asked the owner "you know what I am going to ask you" and he said " yeah I know". He said I would have first dibs at buying it back as his wanted a Corvette but it would be a few years and I said that is fine.
Pics from 2-23-2019 after dinner in our culdesac.
Fast forward to June 2019 and I got a text from the owner that he was ready to sell. I asked if I can have about 6 weeks to get the money on the price we agreed to. He said no problem.
Fast forward to 8-19-2019 and my dad, son and I made a trip to Jasper to pick it up.
Pic at lunch break on way home to Pflugerville.
We got lucky in getting the Camaro back.
I have put 1,800 miles in the 37 months since we got it back.
Here is all the original paperwork for the last 20 years including all of the owners.
Plan to go all NOS. Brought original rear wing from 5th owner as 4th owner replaced it with aftermarket one. Also brought 4 NOS wheel center caps and heater hoses.
Debate is whether to paint it or keep it original. Interior is original along with dash and carpet and leather.
These pics are from Carlise, PA GM Nationals this past June.
Enjoy the pics. I also have a lot of videos of the Z28 in action. If you want any of the videos, feel free to pm me here.
Thanks Manny

Nice Camaros.
I find myself green with envy when I see someone with a 3rd gen that has nice leather seats.
