CA. Pretty sure the license plates on the cars give it away, along with the sunshine and mid-60's weather.
cali plates look like ontario plates if they are unreadable like most of these are....tbh i know this is in the south(cali, florida, utah, vegas etc),just venting my annoyance at living in a country were for maybe 4-5 months you can drive your "summer car"

I was just messing with you. Plus, I had to throw a shot out since people are always talking crap about us in CA, but at least we can drive our cars year round.
I see palm trees in both your two latest pics, maks10. Same neighborhood in FL? Or are you just cruising the state looking for 3rdgens? That dark grey 92 'vert looks nice. Looks like Firehawk wheels, so I'm guessing its owner is probably a member here on TGO. The factory 91-92 Z28 wheel resembles a Firehawk/IROC hybrid, so Firehawks make for a natural wheel upgrade on 91-92 Z28s. Upon closer inspection and blowing up the pic, I can barely see the lines in the wheels, so they're the standard wheels, not Firehawks. Oops.
FL is a nice state to cruise. I once spent a Saturday/Sunday driving from Orlando over to Daytona, where I took a drive on the beach, then all the way down the coast highway to Key West, then back up the west coast to Tampa, then back to Orlando. Great fun! Love FL!
Here's a not-as-nice-as-it-looks-in-the-picture(which doesn't look that nice even in the picture lol) Trans Am for sale. The IROC wheels and the bulge hood, alone, are probably worth the asking price, whatever that is.

No I wish I was looking for more cars lol. Came back to visit family in Clearwater, Florida and saw these in a close by neighborhood. In WV, I’m lucky to spot a thirdgen. So when traveling I probably get too excited when I see one lol. Nice find btw!
And agreed! All beautiful drives in this state! Especially during winter time as WV is covered in ice lol
I remember those days when i was in college. Car got me where i needed to be but when i really want to clean the car up the rockers and wheel arches were gone already
Saw this '89 yesterday in Oxnard while I was picking up a truck for work. Talked to the owner very briefly (he wasn't much of a talker). Guess the car just stopped running while he was driving down the road. Looked pretty clean overall and well maintained.
clean, makes me want to pull off my ground effects and make a formi clone...my #1 third gen desire is the banshee nose 91/92 formula in black (tpi 5 speed, good gear) with the newer wrap around spoiler.my neighbor had one and it would eat my 5.7 iroc and was way more fun and nimble...
i had an 84 berlinneta like that, bought it with 50,000 km......then i acquired a 72 chevelle and it became my toy . the berlinetta was relegated to daily duty for 10 years, winter .summer,snow,rain,shine.....damn i loved that car,305 lg4,700r4,peg leg 2.73 but just rode and handled good.......had it resprayed black ,cut and polished and it was like a black diamond(someone keyed it) then i drove it into the ground and traded it for some s h i t t y minivan.the joy of children
-ugly a$$ prostock scoop,check
-the worst possible wheel fitment ever seen on any vehicle, check
-disgusting rustoleum flat black vomit paint job, check
-ridiculous sidepipes,or repurposed rain gutters,check
-vomit inducing multiple front air dams piled on each other like horny 1st cousins with spring fever, check
-rear spoiler 16" off the hatch, check
-6 pairs of used, soiled mens/womens underwear on the rear view mirror, check
i feel dirty just looking at this pos
sadly, this is the image of a "third gen camaro/trans am" 99% of people think when you mention these cars......this car needs to be run through one of those metal chippers....

Good eye! I saw one on a transporter a while back and I was turning onto a split 4 lane and I got so excited I damn near turned right into oncoming traffic
I screwed up guessing, thought it had the 91-92 gfx it doesn't when i looked at it closer. I asked the owner about it and its an 88 iroc. When i looked at the car closer it has the iroc louver hood and iroc decals there just faded really bad.
That looks like it could be a nice car with some work.
I did not look at the front due to to the snow. Right rear quarter has some damage. I had his email address asking when he was going to start the restoration on it and he has not replied.
