My IROC with a professional photoshoot! quality pics inside

Had a local friend of mine who is a proffessional photographer do a shoot for me. If you are wanting to get in touch with him check out Andy Carter Photography. His package included several exterior shots, an interior shot, and a rolling shot. All of them turned out cool to me but I will let yall be the judge.

That last rolling shot is deadly. You should have that one blown up into a big assed poster and hang it in your garage.

Fantastic shot- especially on the move. Prefer the IROC to the Z06 anyway.

That's what I was thinking, but they appear to have migrated to the Z06...

His car is the only car I've ever liked chrome irocs on, so he might as well stick with them. They look good on there.

Thanks! Ya I had the polished CCW Classics on the IROC for a little while, I had them on my Z06 for a little while and right now they are on my ZR1. I have CCW LM20's that stay on my Z06. They are gloss black lips with flat black centers. I have WAY too many wheels and tires sitting around so I swap them from car to car every once in awhile so I do not get bored with the look. I will be throwing some C5 corvette Bronze Magnessium wheels on the IROC in the near future.

Bought it off ebay several years ago, It is a billet half wrap. Made by APC, and I added the billet horn button & plate.

probably my favorite mod to the interior is the gauges. I took them apart and painted the rings red & also changed all the bulbs to red so all the gauges are red at night, pretty easy and cheap project too.

Are the bulbs easy to get to in the Gauge?

245/45/17 all around

atlboy4321 - Have to pull the cluster out and the bulbs twist out of the back, pretty easy. Oreillys or other parts stores carry the blue or red 194 bulbs to replace them.

thanks everyone for the compliments, I need to drive the car and enjoy it a little more than I do now. I only drove it a handfull of times all last year.

Nice Iroc and shots..... I like what you've done to it... nice stance... grill paint work... 17's etc. The graffiti in the fisrt shot works.

How much lower is it from stock and how was it done ?

Love the car. Like many of you have already said, the rolling shots are my favorite. Is that factory dark red metallic paint of something slightly different. Looks a shade brighter to me.

Thanks! that was the plan, they called it the widemouth mod.. A japaneese third gen had it done on a 91-92 Z28 front spoiler.. I think I was the first one in the states to do it.

I am 98% sure the color name is flame red metallic, I honestly cant remember but it is the factory 1988 color code.

That is a Hurst short throw but your right the stick is pretty tall, It's not fast so I dont mind it as is. This was my first car which I have owned since I was 17 I plan to preserve it as is. I want to keep the feel & memories it has.

The switch on the dash below the cig lighter used to be the Nitrous system arming switch, it is now not functional. The switch on the console beside the vent is to open the electric cutout.

Thanks! it is lowered with 2" intrax springs.. the front springs I removed the rubber "isolators" & used heater hose wrapped around the top coils. The rear springs are slightly trimmed to lower the car a little more even. Still could come down more in the rear though.

No pearl but I think the guy that mixed the paint may have botched it a little bit. It is alot more 'Orange' in the sun than the original color. Looks great to me tho, I have always loved the color. I really wanted to do something more "custom" when I had it painted but I am really glad I left it simple and original.

really nice to see someone take the time and get good pics done and share them with everyone. Kind of sick of people post crap pics of their car sitting in their driveways.

this set is an excellent example of how it should be done.

well done!
