I like photography as a side hobby, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
This thread is to compile all of the high quality pictures of our third gens. Whether they are taken Professionally or by an Amature like me.

Here's a few more "arty" shots:
I didn't take this one, but it's cool:
And I also did my Avatar picture.

Re: Post Your High Quality Pictures
These were taken by a local photographer a long time ago. I'm going to have someone get some more professional grade photos of it this summer since I've done a lot of things to it since these were taken and I'm trying to get the thing into a magazine article somewhere.
The same photographer from the above pics took these of an '89 IROC-Z that my dad and I restored (didn't like the stock 15" IROC wheels though, too small)

Your car and swap look awesome dude! What springs are you lowered on? And what tire size are you running?

Re: Post Your High Quality Pictures
Often our cars' hatches become mis-aligned due to the the hatch "seperating" from the glass, or the hinges slowly bending. There is a tech article on how to fix it. Also the pull down motors/assembly can get out of adjustment and not close all the way. I have both problems with my car.
Thanks man!

It looks worse than it really was due to the angle of the pic. but it was more an issue of the actual spoiler not fitting properly on the hatch (1980's GM quality check), the center section sat further back than the end caps. it was pushed as far forward on the hatch as possible. It was never in an accident.

Re: Post Your High Quality Pictures
I too enjoy photography as a hobby. Here are a few I've taken and then done some post-processing in Photoshop. This summer I hope to get a little more creative. Comments welcomed.

Re: Post Your High Quality Pictures
First you need to upload your photos to a photo sharing website like Photobucket, Flickr, etc. I use Photobucket which is free and easy to use. Once you have your photos uploaded to the photo sharing website, look for a settings button on each photo, or right click and look for the IMG Code. This is basically the link for your photo that you can paste into your post at Thirdgen.org.
At this point you want to open another window in your web browser and go to the thread where you want to post your photos. Then click back to your photo sharing web page, right click "copy" on the IMG code, and then go back to the Thirdgen.org web page and right click "paste" into your open thread reply. At this point you should see the link which may look like a bunch of letters and numbers. Press the "preview post" button below the reply box and you should now see your image.
That's it.
