Funny is I worked for a place that did Id call back yard Limmos and a double decker bus build for its own limo fleet, just some common sense and a limo section middle kit from any of the limo bulding mags and your done quick and it looked nice.

Id hate to say the sides isn't to bad on the body line and wheel opening fill, but the crazy window and top piece, plus that sag in the middle say it was done with bubblegum and ducttape. Id guess that conduit sticking out of the roof rack is part of the frame mods

Limo's are always in demand, even in a small city you can profit on a DIY build, HotRod ones would clean up....

Ahhhh I now see what they were going for, some were built in that style "factory" new.
