No matter how bad the paint, or how many dents, it's still very obvious that these are cars which are supposed to be predators. And predators must have wicked teeth. Get a 350 or better, get half-throttle second-gear twin-black-stripes, then you can make it purdy. Otherwise there will be no end to the derisive laughter.

Re: Power OR appearance?
I know I replied earlier in the post the both were important, but truth be told I was sportin primer for a good 4-5 years before I got mine painted. I wanted mine to run like I wanted it to first!

Re: Power OR appearance?
I agree Handling/braking first so I guess I did appearance first but my next projects to come will be even better handling and brakes for sure i kinda have in plans Wat I want finalized after looking around the forum of different setups as its the MOST important to me then Power For power I thought of so many setups currently and have collected lt1 converted heads & intake and other parts that I can install but thinking of not doing that to keep it cali legal and not change registration to florida and just save up in the mean time as I can't make up my mind Ill wait till I'll blow my engine and trans by that time I'll have a enough to get a LS engine with some goodies

Re: Power OR appearance?
I would have to say you gotta have both. I love appearance, but it has to move out also. My 1991 Formula 350 L98 engine bay has to have the LOOK that says WOW when I lift up the hood at car shows and is respectable at the track also.

Re: Power OR appearance?
Naturally I'd want both, but appearance will ALWAYS take priority over performance for me when it comes to a street driven car. I don't care how fast a car is, people are gonna draw conclusions about you based on the way your car looks. A car's appearance says a lot about it's owner whether people wanna admit it or not.
