91 z28 5.0 convertible first pictures.
I finally finished my car after 2 years of improvements. I am now satisfied with it. Car has about 100K on it but only 18 on the crate motor the last owner put in. I had some body work done, not alot much of the paint is original. I did most of the interior over and instrument panel ( it took 4 til i found 1 where everything worked) New brakes ,rotors steering box and alot of front end work. New injectors alternator belts hoses plugs wires and the last owner had the transmission rebuilt. The car runs nearly perfect. The handling is sooo much better with the steering box and other improvements than when i first got it. It has an aftermarket dual exhaust ( i still want to get some chrome tips) The last owner put in a kick *** alpine stereo with sub in the trunk.
I looked for almost 2 years to find this car. I wanted a white 91 or 92 z8 convertible. I spent a great deal of time driving several hours away to look at different cars ( mostly pretty bad ) then i found one on craigs list 20 min from my house. I have gotten a wealth of knowledge from this forum that i dont think i could have gotten anywhere else. Thanks Dan
