Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
Thanks so much Ben Jammin!! I have been wondering what a center style exhaust with dual round tips would look on one of these cars for a while now and pondering the idea in my head if I was going to do it or not. You just helped me decide on a YES, lol. And no rush, but I'd love to see how it is run underneath as well, in the rear area and just over the gas tank.

Local embroidery shop. Best part, $15 for both. I almost didn't believe the women who did the work when I went to pick them up. She said it took over 2hrs to digitize the art work and to apply the logo. Guess some people just don't value their time.

The more I look at those wheels the more I want them. They are 8' wide though right?

Mikes92firebird, I love seeing pics of a 3rd gen beside a 4th gen. The 4th gens are awesome cars, but the more I see them side by side, the more I always think to myself how much more class and beauty the 3rd gens have. I absolutely love the back end of a 3rd gen TA over the 4th gens. Just can't get over how great looking of a car the 3rd gen TA's are, and it's a style that has definately grown on me hardcore since I've owned mine.

Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
I have an 84 Pontiac Trans Am Recaro I just had painted . Its black but when the sun hits it , it changes color . Green Gold and Red , Ill take pictures in the spring of it . It was a daily driver up untill I got it painted so it's kind of rough besides the paint/body work , but still worth taking a look at

Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
Thanks. Not sure which brand they are I bought them used, and have no markings on them. Yes they have spacers 1.5 all the way around since I have c4 HD brakes in the front. No lowering springs just a set of stiffer z28 springs with a half of coil cut.

Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
Do the C4 brakes change how large of spacer you would need to run? I'd assume you are running 275/40/17 tires too. Thanks again!

Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
The car is a rebuild salvage. It has a 383 stroker, TREMEC TKO600 trans, 6pt roll bar, Kirkey road race seat, 6pt harness, no cruise, no radio, no ac, and I cut the back of the car to pieces swapping an independent rear suspension from a 96 Corvette. Originality is the LEAST of my concerns, I put the decals where I liked them best.

Re: Fall 2011 picture thread
Oh... Probably knock-offs then. Or I don't know how to read wheel sizes vs tire sizes, b/c the tires on rear are 18's and fronts say 17. I did not know they are from a C6 though, thank you.
