Re: Pics of your Garage set ups for your thirdgens!!!
The Ceiling was just short of 14 feet, we could and did park under it, effectivly making it a three car garage. We used to put the Cobra in the air and then the Camaro under it and then my wife could fit her Cobalt in, we only did that during bad storms though. I will miss it but it's my father-in-laws anyway so I think having my own garage will make up for it. I've looked into low boys, Wife says no we'll see...

Here's ours. The 92 B4C is at the end by the SVO we're restoring right now. This was right after we got the floor coated, but before the driveway to the shop was complete, so the race car isn't in it yet.

thanks guys, yeah....the dryer looks a little out of place. If I could only paint it black....and put some polished aluminum accents on it
I actually haven't even had a chance to do much work out there...just finished it about a month ago. I remodeled it for my business...which is pretty much dirt free....plus I can write it off on taxes

What do you do for needing a "clean dust/dirt free room"
As for the washer. Theres always http://www.alsacorp.com/laminates.htm
get a sheet or 2 of something cool. Or just get a few peel n stick checker tiles and do it like the floor. lol

Re: Pics of your Garage set ups for your thirdgens!!!
The garage was actually a apartment for the previous owners mother in-law, poor guy. As you can see I kept the kitchen. My toolbox fits right where the oven was. There is also a bathroom off the "kitchen" that doubles as my tool room.

This guy Brian whos a friend of the guy who painted my car. He changed it from the maroon color to the black you see. They needed a place to shoot the color so I let them used my garage.

Re: Pics of your Garage set ups for your thirdgens!!!
This shop belongs to my buddy, but we do most of the work on my car there, though. He's a bit financially challenged to get his Mustang back on the road for a while so my car keeps the place useful. I kept my dirtbikes there too before one of them got stolen.
Hopefully I can get a place like this (or any of you guys) of my own one day.
Anyway, we're all a bunch of silly dudes so we do stuff like this:

Re: Pics of your Garage set ups for your thirdgens!!!
Unfortunately this has been the garage since July, 2008:
Hasn't been washed since August, 2010. Probably the only time you'll ever see my car dirty. Came back from Japan in early September and wanted to take the car out, but between finding work, setting up my wife with everything she needs in America, catching up with people and taking care of other things, I just didn't get to it, especially since winter is right around the corner anyway. That and it is in dire need of new BFGs, so I figured I may as well wait until spring, then take it out, clean it up, get fresh new tires and flush all the fluids and get it back on the road. I did take it out one day just to change the oil and get things flowing a bit, but it went right back into the garage afterwards. Last time I was at the garage in September I laid fresh plastic.

A little dust won't hurt it, just takes a careful wash when I take it out of storage.
