With no intent to disrespect or offend anyone, I am forwarding this info I found off the Internet newsgroups last night concerning the bombing incidents and those who say it was all predicted by Nostradamous. Some of it is eerie. It makes a good read nonetheless. Again, with no disrespect to the victims of this tragedy intended.

I'm going to admit this scares me, but i believe people should read through everything.

Many at the Nostradamus newsgroup have proven that he never prophesized this, i have seen the year 1654 posted after most of these quatrains which are going around, and Nos. died in 1566.

Most of Nos's prophecics are extremely general, so far his percent of being right is about 1.3%, 13 incidents out of 1000

the kennedy thing is false, so is many of the modern day prophecies that were supposedly said by Nostradamus.

if this was ever written before somewhere, i think its only true cause these people wanted it to be true. some of you don;t understand how religious and faithful these people are that commit these crimes.


Lets just hope this is not the end of the world, even though if you read any of Nostradamus, it makes you scared.

yeah that 1656 thing kinda throws the whole thing into doubt. that and the fact that this is just one person's translation of the original quatrain. there's so many different ways to translate that archiac french that the original text is written in, not to mention the vagueness of it to begin with. also, his predictions range from his own time, to supposedly sometime well into the 4th millenium, so it's a little hard to believe so many would focus just on our time. still, interesting in it's own respect, and the Centuries is the reason I've resolved to learn French sometime in my lifetime (that's four languages I've decided I'd like to learn!). also, any translation of a quatrain that is supposedly authentic would be accompanied by it's indexing number (eg. Centuries II 43).. i want to see the original french passage that was derived from..

Nostradamus never actually said anything like this, this is one way people are trying to cope with this disaster: with making up stories so it seems rational to them. NYC is at 40* lattitude not 45.

the only odd thing is that face, i am into science so i am very rational, compared to whatever i said last night when i was dead tired and was imagining things. i actually dont really believe in religions strongly but the face was just freaky last night

i just think the flight numbers dont mean anything. 9/11 was a day last year or 2 years ago when the US and Israel signed a peace treaty or something, just another thing to think about

thanks for clearin all that up bout Nostradumba$$... i don't think people can predict stuff like that anywayz... it was just weird though with the face that i had to put it on here so i just did the whole e-mail... but i don't think any numbers mean anything... numbers can be a big game... you can make any number match with others if u think right... like me and 21... when i was born i was 21 inches long... my mom was 21... i was born on january 21st... i was 7 pounds 3 ounces... and 7x3 is 21... and the face... u can make a face outta lots of stuff... light sockets... i look at those and think of a face everytime i look at it... i'm not gonna associate sockets with the devil tho... people are blowin this way outta proportion...

I wouldn't be putting down Nostradamus, he was born in the 1500's, no thirdgens back then! poor guy.

He wrote about a thousand quatrains(4 line poems) with predictions for the future up to around the year 3500. He said there will be 3 anti christs. Oddly some people think the first was Napoleon, second was Hitler, and the third may be Saddam.

I don't really agree with any of this, but i think its good reading if your bored and wanna freak some people out. Try the news group alt.prophecies.nostradamus

Yeah, you can make any numbers into almost any number if there is no pattern to follow. They took those planes because they were headed cross country and had plenty of fuel, not because of what the numbers added up to.

Don't belive everything you hear. All that numerology stuff is bull****. People can try to prove anything with numerology, and people will always find weird coincidences in things. This is not an omen from g0d, its an insane group of towel heads who cannot even afford nor have the skills to build a bomb, so they must fly planes into buildings to destroy them. ok before this NONTECH topic gets closed i would like to add some thoughts and facts to the fire.......nostradamus' writings are so vague they can be read to mean almost ANYTHING.....think about that......next point....he was a french philosopher and his writings (obviously) are written in french......he is NOT talking about the ninth month of the new century but september of 1999.....if i find the article ill post a link.....lok at some of his other writings...they can be taken to mean almost anything.....take everything you hear with a grain of salt these days guys....
