Faded Paint
Hey guys i was hoping yall could help me out. I'm currently driving my brothers 84 Z28 until i get my camaro running right (that might take a while). Now a few years ago my brother's friend, who supposedly knew how to paint a car, offered to help my brother paint the camaro. At first it looked ok but after a while it got really faded. I also think he didn't spray any clear coat on. I previously tried some cheap polish and wax, but that didn't work at all, except for on the areas were the sun hasn't faded the paint. So what can i do to bring the colour of the paint back to life? What products do yall recommend?
here is some pics so u get an idea... the right side of the car isn't that bad but the left is. you can also see in the first pic how the paint in the bottom of the front is ok but the top is way faded.

Re: Faded Paint
I did a tutorial on how to restore paint from fading and oxidization.
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/body...-tutorial.html
Look at the product i used it was great (if they still make it, it was from '97)
If anything could help, this would be it.
Good Luck.
