? about HID ballasts
I have a question, i have 2 different sets of hid kits one is eurolite (cheap) and the other is mccullock (expensive) but in each of the kits one ballast is messed up, so if i use a ballast from each but the same bulbs will the color be different? I guess what i want to know is does the bulbs or ballasts control whether the color is 6000 or 8000?

Re: ? about HID ballasts
You can use different ballasts and get the same color light, as long as the bulbs are the same K.

ok awesome, i sould have some pics of lazy/sleepy eye mod with HIDs tomorrow! only problem is my headlight motor actuator thing does not work so i have to manually raise and lower the lights, but they look great up full time with the sleepy eye mod
