How to make a Super Black paint
I'm working on the body work for my camaro, and i'm looking at doing a black paint, I've seen some so called Super Black paint on a two tone 4th Gen Trans Am that the local Dupont paint shop owner owns. He said it was Black with a really deep blue. Is there any other ways to make a "super black" paint. I also want to do a little silver or blue flake in it, and have a real deep shine in it. Any suggestions?

hmmm.I think that solid colors have a deeper shine than metallics.Only because in my crazy mind I think that the metalliacs reflect the light away from the finish.Where a solid color lets you peer deep into the color.
ANYWAY....
GM has a basic black code WA8555.It is black with a little white. You could use a straight black tint.A really neat color is a Honda color called Nighthawk black pearl. Its a deep black with a blue peal in it.
