Basically anything that will clean paint will clean them, but I use my quick detailer.

Re: how to clean powdercoated wheels?
I tell all my customers to use regular soap and water. I've had a couple of times where I used chemicals to try to clean powdercoat (from carb cleaner, brake cleaner, few othats that escape me now, just used on test pieces) and it either dulls the color, or actually peels the coating off! Some cleaners out there may do the job, but Ive always had good sucess with regular dish soap and tap water.
Powdercoat if done properly will not need harsh chemicals to get them clean. Just take some soap and water, wipe it down with a soft cloth, and spray off.
