There's stuff they sell at the auto parts store called bug and tar remover. Works like a champ getting bugs off the nose. I just used it a week ago.

soap and water w/ the pantyhose.. that's a good suggestion.. Don't use ANY chemicals on your fresh paint.. you'll regret it in the long run. After about 6 months, or however long whoever painted your car suggested, use a good high quality wax. Meguiars is all I use.. If you keep the car good and waxed, every 3-6 months.. unless you want to wax more often... then you'll just be able to wash the guts right off... with ease.

p.s I was going somewhere with that.. but i'm watching MadTV.. so I kinda lost the point.. maybe you can find it.

The new basecoat/clearcoat types of paint, if a quality brand was used, are high solids, fast drying paints. When the bodyshop recommends 3 to 6 months to wax they are still talking "old school" paint jobs when solvent chemicals took that long to evaporate and for the paint job to fully cure.
Those slow drying/curing days are over.
I've seen cars buffed out and even waxed just hours after painted with no bad results.
Even so any potential harm that remotely could come from putting on a good coat of wax would cause less damage than scuffing up the paint with constant washing and scrubbing.

spray pam on the nose of the car before you head out, the bugs dont stick in the first place but if you do have some that stick, use wd-40 worked like a charm and the wd-40 is useful for other things too

or.......you could get some of the kling wrap from the kitchen and put it on the nose of the car and all you have to do is peel it off, thats good for driving to car shows and you dont have scrape the guts off...hehehe
