Yes sir. I have had them on this car since like 2004. I saw an ad in the back of Super Chevy and had to have them! This was before I had internet to see if they would look ok on the car. I took a chance and it worked.

Re: Let's post your best pictures so we have some nice wallpapers :)
Snapped a pic because I had to get my snow blower out... Wasn’t really ready for snow... When winter is officially here the car gets backed up all the way and the snowblower lives in front...

From a truly "wall paper" stand point this same effect would look great if taken out on a winding country two-lane road with just your car and not distractions in the back-ground. Well done!
My apologies, I didn’t see this earlier. Thank you for the compliment.

Been a while since I posted any photos of my 1988 Maui Blue Trans Am. These were taken in September. The car has now been put into storage for the winter.

kfsullivan this car is also arguably one of the best Thirdgens ive ever seen . Absolutely gorgeous and you take some of the best pictures. This car is on my screensaver at work. Out of all the ones ive seen over the years this is one of my favorites.

Thanks DMC for the kind words. I'm fortunate I've been able to keep the TA in reasonably good shape for the past 32 years; however, there are so many terrific cars here on TGO including yours!

Thank you, I apreciatte it.
In Europe we have two grades of gasoline, 95 octane and 98. There are also low cost gas stations where you can find the liter of fuel (they only offer 95 oct) at 1,045 €/liter.
When I owned my Corvette C6 I always used 98 gas, but in the 79 C3 Corvette, as well as C5, or now the Camaro, 95 is enought. Premium 95 gasoline can cost around 1,25 €/liter.
As a gallon = 3,785 liters, then the price of fuel is 4.73 euros per gallon, 5,79 USD/Gallon.
Price at USA is cheaper, more than half isn't it?
Regards.

You've got some nice cars! Yes, gas in the US is inexpensive compared to Europe. It varies somewhat across the country as each state has their own gasoline tax to help pay for road improvements, but in Wisconsin where I'm from in the heart of the midwest the cost right now is about $2.09 to $2.19 per gallon (US dollars). A few places are still under $2/gallon. If I head to Chicago just a few hours away the cost in the City will be $2.75/gallon and higher, but still less than 1/2 what it is in Europe. We are fortunate.

Stay well!
You are fortunate, I agree!
When my daughters were born I was forced to replace the Corvettes with vehicles with more than two seats, not at first but after several years realizing that I couldn't get them out of the garaje for more than just a few days a year.
I currently own the 91 RS Camaro, a K5 Chevy Blazer, and a Cadillac STS Northstar, I'm a GM guy
Your 88 Trans Am is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the Maui Blue, reminds me of the blue of my truck.

Thanks a lot.
The first owner bought this car from Hallet Pontiac-GMC Truck dealer, in Miami in 1991.
He bought the car as a new one with the Kobel Predator Ground Effect Kit installed by the dealer.
I am the second owner and I have owned the car for 20 years.
This image styling kit was available from Kobel.
McK Plastics Inc. bought the Kobel brand and indeed uses the Kobel molds, but now they are out of business.
In my mind this is the best looking aftermarket gfx i have seen for third gens.
