Very nice...How much did it cost to restore it? Yeah, I am 15 also, almost 16 and I am going to buy my dads firebird soon. So when do you get your license?

Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: Eaton POSI/ 3.73
I have had my license for about a month now. Although I got to drive her about 2 weeks before I put it in for the winter. My winter car is a 1990 Cadillac Fleetwood which I keep in pretty good shape. I love my Dad for how much time he has spent with me from when I was little getting me to rebuild little Briggs and Stratton Engines, then to Lawnmowers, then to dritbikes, then to mopeds, now to my Camaro. He has taught me a lot and how to do things right the first time. My Dad also owned two Camaros, so you now know where I get my Camaro obession from. They were both 69's. The first he sold due to rust issues. Then he bought a 1969 Z28 strip car which was still mostly together, so he restored it and had my uncle (his brother) which is now dead, paint it yellow with red flames and cragger ss wheels. He was running a built 350 with a turbo 400 and 3.73/posi in the rear. He sold it when I was born. I have some pics. I will post them up soon. In the picture is my Dad when we went to the Auburn Car show/auction.

Rwdtech, dont worry about the drums looking bad, Just clean them up and paint them black, and ya wont even know they are there...I DO wish I had rear disc of course, and I was worried about them looking out of place, but im pretty happy...Your car looks tight, and to the original poster, You and you Dad did a jam up job on your ride, Take car of it...Camaro's are more than just cars, they are extentions of who we are..(WEll kinda) Anyway dude you did great......Tom
