White lettering on tires
I need to get new tires and I am trying to decide whether to get white lettering or not. The tires I am considering are the BFGoodrich Radial T/As. btw I have a '91 firebird black with t-tops and stock 15" wheels.
Does anyone have white lettered tires and have pics I could see or opinions on which I should get.

A year ago i switched from white letter to blackwall. I like mine better without white letters, plus it seems easier to clean the tires now. And my '92 has 15's.

Thanks for the pics. I decided to go with the white lettering BFGs. qytum thanks, your car looks just like mine (except wheels) and I think it looks cool with the white letters. Yellow looks cool too especially with those Crager wheels very sweet. Anyway my tires are on order and I should get them on this week and Ill post some pics.

This is all a matter of opinion. I like the white lettering on some cars and not others. Other people may disagree.

I got my new tires with the white walls and I have to say that they look really good and for $363 after tax and install w/ lifetime rotation and road hazard it was a pretty good deal. I'll have pictures up as soon as I get a chance to take them.

white lettering looks best on fat tires. when they balloon out, it's perfect. My whitewalls are facing in, due to the person who mounted the tires on the wheels before I got them, if I had my choice, i'd flip them. gotta keep 'em clean though. (hence i'm not posting a pic of my 275/60/R15's.)
