gfx repair?

The left side rear ground effect on my '91 RS was damaged, apparently by some type of impact, before I bought the car. One of the plastic tabs that attaches the ground effect to the body is broken and causes it to hang at a slight angle. Is there anything I can use to glue or reattach the tab to the ground effect? JB Weld or some type of epoxy? Super glue maybe? The repair will not be seen, so cosmetic appearance doesn't matter. Thanks!

you can get an epoxy made by 3m for fixing cracks in these plastic parts, but its not very durable. If you put any pressure on it, it'll break. You could use fiberglass tape to reinforce the damaged area.

I'd probably set it with some glue and use a fiberglass repair kit to finish it off, then start sanding.

Thanks, I was also wondering because the dyke owner before me really messed up the front end on my car. The plastic is all scrapped up on the nose and half the screws holding the front end on are missing, go figure. Lazy jerk didn't care for it so it's up to me to restore her to full glory...330hp vortec engine, seats, and paint job w/shaved everything.
