Try a blow torch, if that doesn't work try a hammer and a chisel, if still that doesn't work dip it in an acid bath.
Jk, What and where are you trying to remove the paint from? Airline stripper works good, so does some light sand blasting.

Media blasting will take off anything and everything. There are different materials you can use depending on what the surface is. Acid works but can cause some problems if you don't flush the surface completely getting it out of all the nooks and crannys. You need to determine what exactly you are trying to accomplish and match that with the proper removal material and or device.

I was reading Chevy High Performance the other day and they "sand blasted" a 69 Camaro with baking soda, they said the baking soda also protected the bare metal from corroding, but you have to clean it before you can paint or anything.
