Im starting to like it a lot now, but it is a flat black. Thats when it was raining and looks even better wet,or shiny, i think im going to clear them soon.
CamGuy18: Dude, im in debt right now so that might have to hold till like next year, but im still in love with the idea of the Avocado Green.
Yes its sitting in the rain, weather does happen sometimes, and i did have to work
The centercaps are like that i guess, its all the way in tho
Process:
1. MASK- This was kind of difficult
2. Sand - I used wetsand. But fine sandpaper is alright.
3. Primer - I dont even think I needed to
4. Wetsand - Again
5. Flat Black - Thick coat
6. WetSand - Smooth
7. Flat Black
In no way can I say I really knew what i was doing. No one is hear to teach me so im going out and trying things myself.
I did try to do another thing a while ago and that was to change the fuel filter. BAD MOVE. It was soo rusted as soon as i touched it gas started to leak.

its got me thinkin, if maybe it's time I succumbed to the fad and do it myself....at first I was candy crazy and said to myself 'the more the merrier'....but Im wondering if a flat (or even gloss) black for the headlights would look good

Transmission: did it come with one, 4l60
Axle/Gears: They spin (most of the time)
looks good, but i also think they look good either way, unless its a off the wall color, then you need to body color them

I would go with a semi gloss, it looked just right on my old car. You wont regret it, just take your time.

Yea im scared about that hood, all bouncing on the highway and crap. I would love for you to tell me how to do it. I aleady lowered the bumpstops, that just made it a pain to get the hood open.
I also took that pic so close to the now is because any further and you would see the dent in my fender, not pretty
