Paint is getting dull
I got my car washed today and looked at it besides te front bumper being a shade off from the rest of the car which bugs me the paint has a dull look to it. I have awalys waxed it i use meguires gold class. Is there anything to make it look better it was a 500 dollar paint job about 2 years ago its not peeling just looks dull. It does not have that gleem it used to have. Are there any products that can give me the "wet look" that i am looking for im on a tight budget so i cant spend 70.00 on a bottle of wax.

You don't need to wetsand a car to fix dull paint
In fact, that's the last thing you want to do because you're going to take off too much paint. Wetsanding is great to smooth out orange peel, but it's also dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. If you're just trying to get your shine back, don't take the chance.
You can pay to have it buffed professionally, or you can do it yourself with an orbital polisher. Wal Mart sells a 5" hand-held unit for $15 or $20. Use the polisher to go over the whole car with a hand glaze. Once you're done with that, go over it again with a "cleaner wax". Once you're done with that, wax it the same way you always do.
Cheap paint oxidizes a lot sooner than higher quality paint, which you're already finding out. After you go through this work, it should look very good for the first 2 or 3 months, and by 6 months it'll probably need it again. Unlike wetsanding and buffing, which can only really be done safely 1 time, you can get away with using the hand glaze with the orbital polisher many times before you run the risk of going through the paint. I would expect you to be able to do it at least 20 times without worry.
