AVS Headlight Blackouts (too big?)

I got some AVS Headlight Blackouts and they look too big. They overlap the opening for the headlights. Is this normal? My the way, my car is a 91 Camaro

I would say to big. Look in to some GTS black outs, they should be flush with the body, and will look much better. I had GTS covers on my Monte SS and they looked and fit great.
