Repairing nick and gouges in wheels

can nicks and gouges in wheels be repaired so it looks like it came from the factory? I mean like there are small bits of aluminum missing

i also saw a truck on the road a few days ago that was of a companythat does wheel restoration. i forgot the name but i did get the phone number. its out in my truck, ill post it up later when i get home.
