Riding low!!!
Hey guys I have stock springs and i just want to know how worn are they...how much lower than stock is my car, half inch, one inch???Sorry some of the pics dont show up well

your request is a bit vague. messure from ground to fender lip and give those measurements. then someone with stock replacements give measurements so we can compare. it's kinda hard to do with just pictures. but i can see that you do seem to be a bit on the low side. lowering springs may not do much for stance, but they will help your handleing ten fold.

Thanks for the helpful reply, anyways I measured from the very bottom of the ground effects that are on the center of the car,as close to the rear wheel as possible..and the measuremnet is about 7 1/2 inches and yeah I love the stance as is but would like to get lowering springs to improve handling and maybe lower it about a half inch or an inch more. I made this post to try and figure out just how big of springs I will need without going to low because I have problems with the gfx sometimes scraping scraping on driveways as is.

i wish i had gfx(well, not really) and new stock springs to help you out a little more, but as far as the front scraping, when you do lower the car, you'll need to change your driving habbits. don't come screaming into the driveway, and come at an angle, to get on tire on first to lift the front of the car up before you get that front end over the hump. i'd say go for it if your looking to gain better handleing. i wanna say the eibach pro-kit only lowers like 1" or 1 1/2" and it will net you ALOT better handleing. probably wouldn't lower the car much at all from where it sits now, maybe 1/2" to 3/4", which would look pretty sweet.

My stock springs must have been lazy in my 90. When I put the dropzones in I couldnt see a difference. When I went out for the first ride it handled like it was on rails.b I can do the cloverleafs on the interstate at 70 now. Decent tires help too. Check link in sig for height reference.
